No, they don't. Additional team members can be invited by email straight from the dashboard.
Yes, Zero fully supports monorepos. We only check out your actual Astro directory from within the repo to avoid cloning unrelated files. If you're concerned about security, you can also move the Astro site to its own repository and grant the GitHub app access to that repository only.
